    Services and Support

    ​The Services and Support Department at Qatar University’s IT Services is dedicated to providing high-quality technical assistance and end-user support. It manages key services such as the IT Service Desk, user account management and support, network access support, classroom and lab support, hardware and software support and installation. The department ensures that our students, faculty,researchers and staff receive timely and efficient solutions to IT-related issues, enabling smooth academic and administrative operations across the university.
